Les trois Jammeurs, a dry red wine with a deep ruby color. It has aromas of raspberry, plum, gooseberry, licorice, with notes of cocoa and spices. In the mouth it gives us its velvety texture, soft tannins and flavors of black fruits and spices. The aftertaste is long and pleasant with a slight woody feel. It is excellent with meat dishes.

It all started in 2005, by three wine lovers and a group of young vignerons in one of the oldest regions of France. Preserving the precious biodiversity, is of great importance to the families who lovingly tend the vines of Le Grand Noir. The winery’s wines offer non-traditional blends. The region they come from is called Minervois, known for the famous Order of the Cathars. Back in the 12th century, this order supported the weak and the spirituality of human nature, coming into conflict with the Pope who had labeled them as black sheep. This story is depicted on the labels of Le Grand Noir with the presence of a black sheep.
