Émilien Feneuil took over the family business in 2006 and he became interested in organic and biodynamic agricultural practices. Nowadays, he has organic certification, and produces his own wines. In 2015 it was the moment he always wanted to taste the wines that his vines gave him.  For Les Goulats, the vines are located in Chamery, in the heart of Champagne, and are grown naturally without the use of chemicals.
