La Folle Noire D’Ambat is a red dry wine with dark ruby red color. We detect aromas of strawberry jam, black cherries, delicate flowers, like violet, and tobacco. In the Mouth we have flavors of blackberries, mushrooms, black olive, ink and a touch of leather, accompanied by velvety tannins. You could pair this wine with red meat or feathered game.
