A red dry wine with ruby color. It has aromas of strawberry, sour cherry, raspberry jam, tomato, herbal notes (lavender, rosemary), dried vanilla and olive leaves. In the mouth it has a medium body, crisp acidity and velvet tannins. It has flavors of juicy red fruits, herbs and notes of dried flowers. You could pair it with soutzoukakia (Greek meatballs), pasta Bolognese, as well as lamb or veal with mashed aubergine.

The latest acquisition of the Ktima Biblia Chora is the Mikro Ktima Titos (a.k.a. Small Estate of Titos), Aggeliki Eftychidi transferred it to B. Gerovasileiou. A winery located at the foot of Mount Paikos, surrounded by centuries-old oaks, while its 45 hectares of vineyards are located next to the Sirius River.
