Emphasis Agiorgitiko has a deep purple colour, cherry-dominant red fruit aromas and a rich palate with spices, cinnamon, cloves and vanilla. A velvety wine with a long and pleasant aftertaste. It can be combined with grilled meat, lamb, rich yellow and creamy cheeses. Ideally served at 16-17°C.

The Pavlidis Estate is located in Kokkinogeia Dramas, at the foot of Mount Falakro. Carrying out the harvest during the night, at the moment when the grapes are at their optimal ripeness, aims to preserve the aromatic and phenolic potential of the variety. The juice is transferred to oak barrels, where it remains for 16 months. Its maturation continues with an additional 12 months in the bottle.
