El Enemigo is a red dry wine, a blend of Syrah and Viognier varieties by El Enemigo Winery. It has a deep purple color with purple hues. On the nose it has aromas of black fruits (berries, blackberries, blackcurrants) and tobacco, spicy notes. In the mouth it is elegant, balanced with lively acidity, velvety tannins and persistent aftertaste. An excellent combination of cooked red meat, grilled steak, game and aged spicy cheeses.
