Eclat de Granite is a red dry wine with an intense color. It has aromas of black fruit (blackcurrant), red fruit (blackberry), mineral notes and spicy notes. In the mouth it has crisp acidity that is balanced with silky tannins and a rounded aftertaste. You could pair it with appetizers, meat or cheese.

The family estate is organically and biodynamically farmed in the eastern foothills of the Massif Central, near the Gorges de la Loire. Stéphane Sérol took over the 35-hectare estate from his father in 1996. Eclat de Granite, as its name suggests, is grown on granite soils. It is the result of vinification in cement vats.
