Next are the aromas of black pepper, cinnamon, anise, ginger, dried plum and sour cherry. Aromas of herbs (lavender, eucalyptus), tobacco, leather and notes of violets take the lead. In the mouth it has balanced and beautifully integrated tannins, lively acidity. With flavors of cherry, sour cherry, tobacco, chocolate, black tea, lavender and fresh leaves. The long-lasting aftertaste leaves a sensation of cinnamon and ginger in the mouth. You could pair it with braised stewed meats, char-grilled sausages, yellow cheeses and cured meats.
