Coyam is a vegan biodynamic red wine blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Carmenere, Merlot, Petit Verdot and Mourvedre grapes. Cherry-red in color with raspberry-colored borders and medium intensity. The vintage of 2018 shows a complex range of aromas including fruits like blueberry, black cherry, blackberry, and fig, to floral notes of lavender and violet and hints of spices like sweet tobacco, cedar, and licorice. The palate is juicy and friendly with a creamy texture. Υou could pair it with red meat, game and cheeses with intense flavors.
