A red wine with mild intervention from overripe Moschofilero grapes. 97 cages are destemmed and placed in two tanks of 1t. On the day of the harvest there is a minimal addition of sulphite in the tanks. Followed by red vinification and batonnage for 45 days. Fermentation is done with indigenous yeasts and bottled without filter or any additional intervention.
