A red dry wine with a deep dark red color. It has aromas of citrus fruits, red forest fruits, tobacco and bitter chocolate. In the mouth the wine is intense with high acidity and a long mineral aftertaste, due to the volcanic soil of the area. You could pair it with red meat with dried spices, dishes cooked in a pot with sauces and aged yellow cheeses.

The winery is located In the village of Revma in West Lesvos, between Vatousa and Hidira. The 3⁄4 of the building buried in the ground, as well as the spring that runs from the back of the building, give the most suitable conditions of constant humidity and very low temperature, which are so necessary for the production of high-quality wines. The company was founded in 2020 under the name Akritos Oinos (unadulterated). 2021 was a very important year for the winery, due to the first launch in the market of a red dry wine called Adristeia from the local red variety Hidiriotiko.
