Description
Chatons de Garde: A red dry wine by Syrah grapes with aromas of berries, flowers and spices. It owns its velvet grain to the expertly aging.
Babiole: A red dry wine blend of Grenache and Syrah grapes. It has aromas and flavors of cranberries, red fruits old rum and spices.

Czech by origin, Andréa Calek is a well-known name in the world of natural wine, but who likes discretion and speaks very little of himself. After his work at Domaine du Mazel, in 2010 he vinified his first vintages under his name. In 2016, Stéfana Nicolescu joined the domaine. In the vineyards, Andrea and Stéfana leave grass in every second row, and only treat a little sulfur and copper for mildew. In the cellar, they vinify in whole bunches, without sulfur, and look for light and fresh wines.
