Description
Silva Liastos is a bio red wine with aromas of raisins, vanilla, caramel and chocolate. In the mouth, we distinguish the excellent balance between sugars and acidity, resulting in a pleasant and long-lasting aftertaste. You could enjoy it as an aperitif or at the end of a meal. It pairs perfectly with dark chocolate sweets, sweets with nuts (hazelnuts), and fruit tarts.

The modern winery “Silva Daskalaki” is located in the small village of Siva, next to the traditional village Dafnes of Heraklion. The area belongs to the PGI zone Dafnes (Protected Geographical Indication). Silva Liastos is a bio red wine from the Liatiko variety grown in privately owned vineyards in the area of Paliani in Heraklion. The ripening of the grapes takes place from 6 to 8 days.
