It has a light red colour with orange highlights. The nose is dominated by floral aromas, especially of rose, truffle, quince, dried red fruits, dried figs and herbs. Full mouthfeel, balanced acidity and soft tannins that give it structure and length. It ages from 3 to 5 years and is ideal with pasta with aromatic and spicy red sauces, Mediterranean cuisine with a strong presence of tomatoes and olives, as well as with mushroom soup.

Mild “orange” style winemaking, except that Moschofilero is a red rather than a white variety. This wine is made from selected grapes from the estate’s own vineyards at maximum ripeness. A long 20-day maceration is carried out in the presence of botrytis and spontaneous fermentation from indigenous yeasts. The wine is then matured in clay amphora for about 6 months and bottled, without the addition of any clarifying agents and unfiltered, making it a “minimal intervention” wine. The bottles are then aged for a long time in the cellar of the estate.
