A white dry wine with a pale lemon color. It has aromas of citrus fruits, mainly grapefruit, green apple, peach, notes of white flowers, ginger and minerality. In the mouth it is fresh, fatty with hints of honey, pear and a lemony aftertaste that lasts a long time. You could pair it with seafood, seasonal salads, fish, vegetable pies.

Maison Brédif is one of the most well-known and respected Maisons in the region. Founded in 1893 by Monsieur Brédif. Known for his Vouvray as well as his late harvest wines, Monsieur Brédif was a pioneer in the winemaking world, creating sparkling Vouvray in the early 20th century. In 1980 Baron Patrick de Ladoucette took over as a true wine lover. Maison Brédif also produces in Chinon some red and rosé wines, such as the famous cuvée Chinon Réserve Privée as well as the rare Chinon Blanc.
