A white dry organic wine from the Moschato of Samos grapes. It has aromas of bitter orange, ripe apricot, honey, toast and almond. In the mouth it has high acidity, fruity flavors and a long aftertaste. It is recommended to decant it to a carafe about 20 minutes before consumption. You could pair it with large fish, dishes with mushrooms, and you can also enjoy it as an aperitif.

Vounitis (aka the Mountain Man) comes from organic vines at 1,100 m. altitude at the top of Mount Ampelos. It has been aged for 12-months in tank and barrel.
