Ventum Merlot, Spanoudis Winery 750ml

A dry red wine made from the Merlot variety by Spanoudis winery. It has a deep red color with aromas of cherry, strawberry, pepper, mocha and vanilla. On the palate we detect a rich and round body, without intense tannins and with low acidity. It is suggested to serve it at 16-18⁰C. You could pair it with pasta in red sauce, red and white meat.

The story of Spanoudis Winery begins in their vineyards. It is a small production winery (Garage Winery) with privately owned vineyards. The vines of the winery are located in the viticulture zone of Goumenissa – Kilkis at an altitude of 180 to 250 meters.
