Terra Petra is a red dry wine from the blend Xinomavro, Krasato, Stavroto, with deep red color and purple highlights. It has complex aromas of ripe red and black fruits, earthy notes such as tea leaves and mushrooms combined with notes of lavender, sun-dried tomato and vanilla. Fruit flavors like that of strawberry, wild cherry and sour cherry dominate in the mouth, accompanied by the noticeable and well-worked tannins and the intense acidity. You can pair it with rich dishes of red meat, game, fatty meat, poultry or mature cheeses.

For the winery the vineyard is the connection of the winegrower and nature. The key word for them is balance in viticulture. All their vines have been grown organically, following biodynamic principles. Apostolos Thymiopoulos has dedicated himself exclusively to Xinomavro, an emblematic variety for the region of Naoussa, expressing the terroir of the region. He presents his idea by producing ten different versions of the Xinomavro variety. Each of their wines reflects the uniqueness of the plot from which it comes. The winery is in Trilofo, a village near the mountain Vermio.
