Papargyriou Blanc is a white dry wine, a combination of the varieties, Moschoudi and Assyrtiko. The intense character of Muscat prevents the aromas of Assyrtiko to emerge, but when you taste it you feel that Assyrtiko appears in the body of the wine. A white dry wine with aromas of Muscat and body of Assyrtiko. In the mouth we have acidity that gives freshness and a sense of coolness to the aftertaste. Crisp and full body with pure aromas. If you drink it now, you will enjoy the aromas of Muscat, if you leave it at the cellar for a while, the aromas of Assyrtiko will be able to develop. You could pair Papargyriou Blanc with salads, white meat, fish, seafood, shellfish, but also enjoy it as an aperitif.
