The story begins in 1870. The five past generations had one goal, to create great wine. It took some time of research and experimentation to find the right method of extracting the alcohol, without altering the characteristics of the wine. The result is an aromatic white dry wine. An alcohol free Moscato by Familia Torres in Catalunya, Spain. Grapes are harvested before ripening, to give a low-grade wine with high acidity. A special case as the production of wine starts with a classic white vinification and then the produced alcohol is removed by the method of centrifugation.
