A red dry wine with intense deep color. Its aromas consist of red fruits, notes of cocoa and coffee. In the mouth we can detect the rich body, the well-structured tannins that during its stay in a barrel from which it gets a light wood aroma that can be added to the noble aromas of Xinomavro with the possibility of aging. You could pair it with grilled meat, meat with spicy sauce, but also traditional pies of the region.

The Foundi family comes from Strantza in Eastern Thrace. In 1914, along with other refugees from their village, they arrived in the area of Naoussa of western Macedonia, and established the settlement of Nea Strantza. The special and careful care of the vineyards, in combination with the modern technology and know-how in the winemaking process, were the means to achieve their goal. This wine is produced from selected vineyards located in the area of Ramnista in the heart of the viticultural zone of Naoussa.
