Naoussa Dalamara, Domaine Dalamara 750ml

A red dry wine with a light ruby color. Plum and tomato (paste), with a leading role, are the aromas of the nose. Its body is medium with intense tannins that over time seem to soften. The intense acidity of the wine lends freshness. Its aftertaste is spicy and long, giving us the feeling of plum and chocolate. You could pair it with red meat in the oven, game, but also yellow cheeses and cold cut meats.

Upon entering the city of Naoussa you can see the Dalamara Estate. Kostis Dalamaras continues the family tradition, inspired by his father Giannis, and combines tradition with modern winemaking techniques. They practice organic farming since 1996. Since 2008, they try to use biodynamic practices.
