A white dry wine with a pale lemon color and greenish hues. The characteristic quince aroma of the variety prevails, in combination with the distinctive aromas of chamomile, pear, citrus and notes of white flowers such as daisy. Its acidity is in balance with tension on the palate. You could pair it with poultry, white fish and white salty cheeses.

In 1990 his passion and love for good wine pushed him to create a small traditional winery in the vineyards in the plain of Voion and on the slopes of Pantanassa, next to Monemvasia where he started to bottle his first wines. The very rare and almost extinct variety had aroused the interest of Giannis Vatistas to cultivate it in the family-owned vineyards with his daughter Mari who gave a special and delicate wine.
