I SÀS Bovale has an intense ruby color with garnet hues. The nose has aromas of herbs (thyme), notes of red fruits and iodine. On the palate it shows finesse with flavours that follow the aromas of the nose. A great combination with grilled red meat, stew, and traditional Sardinian dishes.

The Masone Mannu Estate is located in Monti, a few kilometers from Olbia, surrounded by an exceptional landscape of rivers, lakes and forests. The ancient name “Masone Mannu” means “great estate” and matches the estate’s area of almost 100 hectares. Since 2018 the Estate has been the subject of a major development project led by Giordano Emendatori, owner of Tenuta Mara Biodynamic Estate in Romagna. I SÀS Bovale is made naturally, from local biodynamic Bovale Sardo grapes. Made from a selection of the finest grapes, all grown without the use of pesticides and vinified by biodynamic methods in harmony with the land and nature. The juice is fermented in stainless steel and aged for 6 months in concrete tanks.
