Hilandar Rosé has a pale salmon colour, elegant nose with intense aromas of strawberry, stone cherry and white-fleshed fruit. On the palate we find flavours of red fruits, citrus and rich caramel notes. It has a medium body, refreshing acidity and a long, fruity aftertaste. It ideally accompanies dishes with vegetables, oily meals, seafood and soft cheeses.

The Holy Monastery of Hilandar has a rich wine tradition, as its monks have been making wine since 1198. The wines of Mount Athos are produced exclusively on Mount Athos with raw materials of excellent quality, care and dedication by the fathers of the monastery. The harvest is manual and the whole process of vinification and bottling is done in a natural way.
