Gris De Nuit is a dry wine with a color reminiscent of pomegranate. The aromas of the nose are characterized by citrus fruits, notes of rose and jasmine. In the mouth we distinguish balanced acidity, flower flavors and a moderate aftertaste. You could pair it with Asian cuisine even with rich-fat dishes such as a mushroom risotto.

Tselepos Estate takes advantage of the Arcadian land and cultivates Moschofilero, which thanks to the climate of Mantinia, gives us the opportunity to enjoy a dry rose wine, with the name Gris De Nuit. During vinification it was destemming and cold-soak at low temperature for about two days, the alcoholic fermentation occurs at low temperatures, in the presence of some fine lees. The wine is racked off the lees while the fermentation is in progress. Then the wine undergoes the stages of a white wine vinification.
