A blend of Mavroudi Thrace and Assyrtiko, with a soft salmon color, is called Fine rose. The aromas of red fruits such as strawberry, cherry, stone cherry, dominate and are accompanied by notes of citrus fruits and the minerality of Assyrtiko. On the palate we detect the crunchy acidity, with the flavors followed by the aromas of the nose. Its aftertaste is pleasant and exuberant with duration. A dry rose wine that you could enjoy now but also cellar it for another 2-3 years. It is suggested to decant it in order to develop its aromas. You could pair it with seafood, raw shellfish, fatty fish and pasta.

Anatolikos winery is located in Avdira, Thrace. The organic vineyard and the Mediterranean climate is the recipe for Fine Roze. The harvest is done manually and with a lot of care. The two varieties are combined with pre-fermenting cold extraction for a few hours, followed by fermentation at a controlled temperature and maturation in tanks with wine lees and periodic agitation.
