Ktima Driopi Reserve is a red dry wine made from Agiorgitiko grapes with complex red fruit aromas, botanical notes like eucalyptus and green pepper. Soft with ripe tannins and a velvety aftertaste. You could pair it with T-bone steak, rooster cooked in wine with pasta.

The Tselepos family, when looking for a suitable location, chose the hills of Mount Parnonas to plant their vineyards and establish the Tselepos Estate in 1989. In 2003 Yiannis Tselepos bought a 9-hectare vineyard of 50 years old vines in the area of Koutsi Nemea which was named Ktima Driopi. This region was chosen for its ability to produce wines of high quality from the variety Agiorgitiko. They use a classic red vinification with long extraction for 25 days. The whole process of vinification is carried out under controlled temperature conditions, from the initial stage pre-fermentation cold soaking until the completion of fermentation. Maturation lasts one year in French oak barrels in new and second use barrels and another six months in bottles.
