Deux Collines is a red dry wine blend of Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon grape varieties. Classic red vinification is done with contact for 10-15 days and then is racked to French oak barrels of second and third use for maturation that lasts almost one year. The aromas of the nose show red forest fruits and subtle notes of vanilla from the barrel. It has a round and fruity taste with a long aftertaste. You could pair it with braised meat with pasta, pasta with red sauce.

The estate is in Mantineia and now grows on 45 hectares of privately owned vineyards and 20 hectares of cooperating producers. The philosophy of the estate is to study, experiment and display all the potential of the Moschofilero variety.
