This wine has a bright red colour. It has aromas of red fruits, such as strawberry followed by sweet, peppery spices and liquorice. On the palate it is rich and velvety, with well-integrated tannins and a long finish. It is served at 16 – 18°C and pairs perfectly with red meats, lamb, game and aged yellow cheeses.
