Iatridis Estate is located in Lakkoma, Halkidiki and cultivates with care and knowledge Greek and international grape varieties in privately owned vineyards of a total area of 70 acres. His aim is to highlight the special characteristics of the region by making quality wines with the least possible intervention, friendly to nature and the environment. The Aegean Assyrtiko is perfectly acclimatised to the microclimate of Halkidiki.Half of the wine is vinified in stainless steel tanks with controlled cooling and in 225 litre French oak barrels. After the end of alcoholic fermentation, it remains with its lees for a few months with periodic stirring.
