A dry red wine with a deep ruby red color. The nose has aromas of cherries, red fruits, coffee and black pepper notes. On the palate we find a robust wine, with a volume and velvety tannins. It has flavors of chocolate, black fruits and a spicy aftertaste. You can pair it with a variety of grilled meats or pasta with minced meat.

At the end of the 1990s, Rafael and José Guilisasti were very visionary in perceiving that the market was beginning to change, and global consumers were beginning to consciously choose the products they were consuming, not just in terms of their health, but also due to its environmental and social effects. Together with the visionary winemaker Álvaro Espinoza, they began converting a conventional Chilean winery into a 100% organic and biodynamic winery, with the firm objective of creating wines of the highest quality while respecting people and the environment. The name of the wine “Adobe” comes from an ancient material made of clay, sand, water and straw, traditionally used in the Chilean countryside for the construction of houses and other buildings. Emiliana decided to use adobe to build the walls of her sustainable wine cellar in Los Roblos and to name her Reserva line of wines after this noble material.
