Within the viticultural zone of Peza, we find the winery of Domaine Paterianaki. Today the 3rd generation of the Paterianakis family (Emmanuela and Niki) has undertaken the continuity of the wine tradition, creating authentic wines with a strong personality. The modern unit for organic cultivation of traditional Cretan and foreign varieties, winemaking, bottling and hospitality is located at an altitude of 650m. Τhe winery of Domaine Paterianakis was the first in Crete to start producing wines from organic grapes. 3.14 rose goes under Saignee Method Rose (the saignée method usually involves ‘bleeding’ liquid from a juice tank for red wine in the early stages of the vinification process).
