This wine has a medium ruby colour. The nose is dominated by red fruits such as cherry and raspberry followed by notes of sweet spices. Soft on the palate with juicy fruit and freshness. Pairs well with pasta with red sauce, oil dishes and light meat dishes.

Within the vineyard zone of Peza, we find the winery of Domaine Paterianakis. Today it is in the hands of the 3rd generation of the family, Emmanouela and Niki, who have taken over the continuation of the wine tradition, creating authentic wines with a strong personality. The modern unit of organic cultivation of native and international varieties, winemaking, bottling and hospitality is located at an altitude of 650 metres. It is worth noting that Domaine Paterianakis was the first in Crete to start producing wines from organically grown grapes. 3.14 Kotsifali red is a natural wine produced without added sulphite and bottled unfiltered in a limited number of bottles.
