Riesling Roche Roulee, Domaine Zind – Humbrecht 750ml

Riesling Roche Roulee is a dry white wine with a golden yellow colour. It has a slightly reductive nose, aromas of ripe white fruits, citrus, ginger, mango and then honey and vanilla elements. The palate is elegant with crisp acidity and minerality. You can pair it with sweet potato gnocchi, grilled shrimp, cheeses and salads.

Domaine Zind Humbrecht was created in 1959 and is now run by Olivier and Margaret Humbrecht. Their son, Pierre Emile joined the Domaine in 2019. Today it consists of 42 hectares of vineyards, distributed in different parts of Alsace. The Riesling Roche Roulee comes from 52-year-old vineyards in the gravel soils of the Herenweg, Turckheim region. It is part of the estate’s range of wines that highlight the influence of soil type on the character of the wine.
