Porer is a white wine, with a straw color and orange highlights. It has aromas and flavors of tropical fruits, melon, peach, apple, roasted nuts and notes of herbs and honey. From the first sip, it gives us freshness and liveliness, presence of minerality and saltiness. You can pair it with salads, poultry or enjoy it as aperitif.

The Alois Lageder winery is located in the Alto Adige region of Northern Italy. It comprises 550 acres of vineyards owned by the Lagerer family, which are managed according to biodynamic principles. Their wines reflect the diversity and authenticity of the region. Their aim is to conduct farming in harmony with nature, while creating wines with a strong character. For Porer, a portion of the grapes undergo a classic vinification, a portion is left with the skins for about 15 hours and the last portion undergoes whole grape vinification and is left with the stalk and skins for about a year. The three elements are then married together to create a fresh, vibrant and complex Pinot Grigio.
