In the glass, Trebbiano shows us a bright, straw color. The nose is dominated by citrus fruits with a refreshing aroma of ripe lemon and spicy lime. Fresh green apple and light floral notes of jasmine follow. On the palate we have flavors of green apple, citrus zest, a subtle minerality and a small amount of spice and herbs that add to the complexity.

Francesco Guccione’s winery is located between San Cipirello and Piana Degli Albanesi in the Monreale area about 500m above sea level. All wines are certified organic and biodynamic. The total area of the vineyard is 6 hectares. Francesco believes that in biodynamic farming, the farmer must have an artistic approach to be able to feel what is really necessary for his vineyard.
