Etna Bianco, Planeta Vini 750ml

This wine, sourced from the volcanic soil of Mount Etna, gives us one of the most mineral expressions of the earthy Carricante variety. It has aromas of white acacia flowers, fresh almonds, citrus and fresh, almost unripe stone fruit which give intensity and complexity. The palate is juicy and full-bodied with notes of yellow plums and prickly pears. It has high acidity which allows it to show off and stand out alongside seafood dishes.

The Planeta family has been involved in viticulture for 17 generations. The Planeta Vini story begins in 1995 between the Ulmo and Dispensa estates in Sicily, Southern Italy. In the Menfi area is the largest area of vineyards, where they cultivate more than 250 hectares. A careful selection of vines is made, both local and international varieties, according to the specificities of each terroir.
