Description
A clean and intense wine with aromas of dark forest fruits, spices and light earthy notes. Juicy on the palate with good depth of flavour. You can enjoy it as an aperitif or pair it with charcuterie platters and light meat dishes.

Christian Barbier, having grown up in one of the most famous winemaking families of the Priorat region, started in 2019 to realise his own project, in an idyllic vineyard located in the middle of the forest of the village of La Figuera in Catalonia. Deunido is a natural young red wine of small production, about 2500 bottles. The wine has undergone a short maceration in stainless steel tanks and matured for 5 months. It is bottled unfiltered, with no added sulphites.
