Description

Chardonnay Russian River Valley in the glass has a light straw color and aromas of pear, peach and white flowers. On the palate it is rich, creamy, exotic with flavors of pineapple, apples, notes of jasmine, citrus and a crisp minerality for which the Russian River Valley appellation is famous. The wine is fermented with indigenous yeasts and is made with

bâtonnage. This is followed by spontaneous malolactic fermentation and aging for 15 months in French oak barrels of which 36% are new. Then it is bottled without refining and filtering.
