Description
A white dry wine with a light golden color. It has aromas of lime, flowers, eucalyptus leaves, green apples, ripe pears and notes of yellow fruits. On the palate it has intensity, balance and complexity, with flavors that follow the aromas of the nose. The finish is long and enjoyable. It can be served cool at 12 °C and paired with fish, shellfish and mature cheeses.

Moreau Naudet is a family business since the 17th century. Stéphane Moreau took over the family estate in the 1990s and over the last 20 years has developed it into one of the top Chablis estates. He has applied farming techniques to make truly distinctive wines, many of which come from vines over 50 years old. Stéphane was a very dedicated vine grower and worked his land organically. He used ripe grapes to avoid the green flavours that characterise many classic Chablis. For this he chose late harvesting, but only his healthiest grapes were in the selection. His wife, Virginie Moreau now continues his work with the same zeal, remaining true to the principles of the estate.
