Les Carmes de Rieussec has a pale golden color with aromas of citrus fruits, beeswax, acacia, and fresh pear. Followed by notes of barrel, apricot and melon. In the mouth it has flavors of lemon and vanilla. The acidity is in balance with the sweet flavors and the aftertaste is long and pleasant. You could enjoy it as an aperitif or pair it with foie gras and fruit desserts.
