The color is a bright straw yellow. Its aromas contain notes of cinnamon and lemon peel, followed by those of apple, tangerine, pear and fresh melon. The palate is richly textured and the acidity follows with surprising balance. The finish leaves a pleasant aftertaste of stone fruit such as peach and mango. It has been aged in high quality French oak barrels and is great to enjoy now at 12-13 °C. It pairs beautifully with yellow spicy cheeses or chicken stuffed with pine, mushrooms and raisins.
