Del Professore Vermouth Bianco is produced from Italian Muscat which is flavored with 13 different ingredients with dominant herbs from the Alps and matures for a few months in barrels. For over 4 generations the Jerry Thomas Project has been producing classic Italian spirits at Antica Distilleria Quaglia in Lazio, Italy, blending tradition with new trends. Pure cane sugar is added to the final product, while the entire process is done by hand.
