Clase Azul Reposado tequila is made entirely from organic agave that is simmered for three days in traditional stone ovens in the town of Jesus Maria.
Once the tequila is distilled, it is aged for 8 months in handcrafted oak barrels. It is bottled in traditional decanters called “Talavera”, which the Spanish brought with them to Mexico. These decanters are made of clay one by one on the wheel and painted by hand.
In the palette we will find clove, vanilla wood and caramel combined with a rich body.
