Our Wisecup Coffee roasters decaf comes from small producers’ farms in Colombia. For its decaffeination the natural water process (Mountain Water Process) is used without any use of chemicals.
The coffee is harvested by hand from October to December. The coffee beans are washed with clean water without the use of any other substance, until the caffeine is removed, a process that does not affect the coffee’s tasting characteristics. The result is a coffee with a full body and taste in which you will find medium acidity, hazelnut and chocolate. Enjoy in hot and cold recipes but also with milk.
