Brut Cuvée Spéciale by Karanika Estate has a pale yellow color like straw. Its bubbles have length and finesse. On the nose, the wine has the distinctive aromas of citrus fruits and stone fruits in harmony with the aromas of yeast, toasted bread and hazelnut. In the mouth we find its rich texture, the bubbles that give freshness, the noticeable acidity. The aromas and flavors of the wine reach the long lasting aftertaste.

The Karanika estate was founded by Laurens M. Hartman-Karanika and his wife Annette van Kampen in Amyndeo, near the shores of Lake Vegoritida. They are committed to using only completely natural methods and tools to produce wines of exceptional clarity and finesse, characteristic of their sparkling creations, always respecting the grapes and the land. In their certified organic vineyards they cultivate the Xinomavro, Assyrtiko and Limniona varieties. For the Brut Cuvée Spéciale, selected Xinomavro and Assyrtiko vines over forty years old were used and the 2nd fermentation was carried out in bottle, using the traditional Champagne method.
