Inandaki Brut is fresh, elegant, lively and delicate. It has a pleasant bouquet of fruit, flowers and bread. On the palate we enjoy dried apricots, butter, almonds, bread dough and some floral notes. It is rich, with complexity and good acidity. It pairs perfectly with seafood appetisers, cheeses and bruschetta.

The story of Tenuta Mara began the day Giordano Emendatori decided to fulfil his great passion for wine. He dedicated to the design of an estate, naming it after his wife Mara. Their goal is to work in the most natural way, applying biodynamic farming and producing wines that satisfy the needs of the palate. Inandaki Brut is produced using the traditional method, matured with lees and then in bottle for 9 months.
