Description
It’s crystal clear and crystalline with a lemon colour, green highlights and elegant but persistent effervescence. The nose is expressive with notes of white-fleshed, stone-fleshed and green fruits and hints of yeast and honey. Round and balanced on the palate, with refreshing acidity leading to a long metallic finish. Enjoy as an aperitif, or as an accompaniment to seafood dishes and cheeses.

The Union of Santorini Cooperatives – Santo Wines was founded in its initial form in 1911, as “Santorini Vine & Wine Protection Fund”. Assyrtiko Sparkling Brut was made using the traditional method of champagne, with the wine remaining in the bottle for at least 14 months.
