Dom Pérignon Vintage 1992, is a white brut champagne with deep gold color. On the nose we have aromas of ripe fruits, compote (apple, pear), roasted nuts (hazelnut). Then, we detect notes of vanilla and spices. The bubbles are elegant and dynamic. In the mouth we have notes of nuts, honey, sweet spices and also biscuit. Its aftertaste lasts with a fruity and creamy sense. You could pair it with aged cheeses, seafood risotto, as well as an aperitif.
